We provide bespoke Consulting Arrangements either on a Fixed-price Project or an Hourly Rate - Every Assignment is tailored to our Customer’s needs and our in-house availability of appropriate resources.

Given the focus of GermanHouses.de on entry-level properties for either investors or families looking to relocate, typical assignments have historically been undertaken in the following areas;

• Portfolio evaluation and disposal strategies

• Formulation of a Tender-list of Professional Organisations to undergo major renovations or building enhancements (bathrooms, kitchens, gardens, patios, garages etc.)

• Providing broad concepts for optimising an investment project that uses our experience of local market conditions to avoid the often fatal mistake of assuming that what works in a client’s home country (UK, USA etc.) will work in Germany - For these assignments we will not be involved in the actual project but will be happy to recommend professional Contractors, Architects, Project Managers etc.

• Providing resources to aid families in their relocation process and settling-in period

• For non-Property Management Clients providing help in tenant relationships and formulating strategies to address issues with problematic tenants
